DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
& AUTOMATION
full-time, onsite position

This is a hands-on, in-person IT position, located in our corporate offices in Pacific, MO, a western suburb of St. Louis. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, ambitious team player to take the lead on solving complex problems by applying cutting edge technology in a constantly changing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully oversee and develop the company’s hardware, software portfolio, custom applications and automation development.

Job Responsibilities include:

Maintain and Develop the Company’s Software Portfolio and Custom Applications

  • Provide Business Analysis and Systems Development

  • Design efficient business system models to support the business

  • Source software solutions for company-wide processes

  • Develop software customizations and re-writes as necessary

  • Write system documentation

  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions

  • Implement, develop, and maintain EDI communications

  • Write and manage ad-hoc queries and management reports

Manage IT Infrastructure & Outside Technical Contractors

  • Design Overall IT Strategy and System Architecture

  • Plan, develop and maintain physical and logical database installations

  • Ensure appropriate high availability and disaster recovery are in place

  • Design and coordinate application testing for new development

  • Facilitate software patches, upgrades and other development

Minimum Requirements:

  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Programming, and the ability to write efficient stored procedures

  • Proven experience in the architecture and development of multi-tier distributed applications in a virtual Windows Advanced Server environment

  • Four years software development/programming experience with Microsoft platform toolsets, especially VB scripting and transact SQL

  • B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • Understanding of voice and data networks; servers and storage infrastructure

  • Proficiency in more than one object programing language

  • Knowledgeable in network architecture, Windows servers, firewalls and VMWare

  • Experience with MS Office 365 and SharePoint setup and maintenance

  • Cadence WMS

MARKETING ASSISTANT
full-time, onsite position

We are currently seeking a St. Louis-based recent college graduate that is a self-motivated, highly organized, ambitious team player that enjoys a unique challenge. The focus of the Marketing Assistant will be to create sales materials and ideas for exciting products that will be sold on multiple platforms but primarily on live national TV. The position is project-based, meaning the ideal candidate would be able to manage multiple projects at once, provide accurate and timely communications to our vendor and customer partners, and can produce creative ideas on how to market products to specific consumer demographics.

Job Responsibilities include:

Marketing and Administrative Support

  • Create marketing documentation as required by our partners

  • Create digital images and edit videos

  • Manage the product setup process to make items available for sale via multiple mediums

  • Manage the quality assurance process with our customers

  • Provide input and ideas on how to best communicate the features and benefits of a product to consumers

  • Conceptualize, create, and manage props and demonstrations

  • Provide support for new business development

  • Participate in order management process

 

Coordinating and Communicating Information

  • Provide internal and external updates on the status of multiple projects

  • Manage marketing assets provided by vendors

  • Daily communication with key accounts

WAREHOUSE WORKER
full-time and part-time positions available

We are seeking self-motivated, highly organized, hands-on, ambitious team players that are open to a constantly changing environment and enjoy a challenge!

The ideal candidate will be able to successfully do the following:

  • Perform warehouse duties and assist in warehouse operations in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner

  • Load and unload product from trailers

  • Locate product in warehouse

  • Pull orders from warehouse racks using a log and possibly an RF scanner gun

  • Stage and palatalize product

  • Lift product

  • Perform light quality control to ensure that the correct products are going to the correct areas

  • Perform general clean-up and maintenance of your work area

  • Complete and maintain paperwork and records as required

  • Must be able to work quickly and meet or exceed goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures

  • Must be able to lift 25lbs repeatedly throughout the day

  • Clean drug screen and background check required

  • Self-motivated and fast-paced individual with serious work ethic

  • Familiarity with RFID and computer systems a plus

  • Fork-lift experience a plus
